Openbox is a pocket door framing kit designed specifically for plasterboard walls, allowing sliding doors to effortlessly disappear into the wall cavity. Suitable for both single and double doors, the system is ideal for maximising usable space in small or confined areas that would otherwise be occupied by a traditional swinging door.

The system boasts the highest carrying capacity on the market, supporting up to 120kg.

Pocket door framing kit for internal timber & metal doors up to 120kg.

  • Features 10 predrilled horizontal bars for reinforcement and continuous base for improved strength and stability.
  • Hanger system rigorously tested to endure over 100,000 cycles and support a load capacity of 120kg
  • Patented "double level" track system allows for easy installation and adjustment of accessories, even after the track has been installed, without requiring the track to be removed.
  • Innovative adjustable floor guide that can be installed without drilling into the floor
  • Easy to install due to the base fitting into pre-drilled reinforcements.  Kit features an additional T-piece, a front fixing spring, a rear friction spring to prevent vibrations, and an open structure to reduce on-site setup time.
  • Patented locking spring ensures effortless insertion of the track into the crosspiece
  • Compatible with both metal and timber studs, available in sizes 75 and 100 mm.
  • For a double pocket door, two single kits are connected using a specialised junction bracket and temporary spacing bars (to be ordered separately).
  • Additional accessories include soft close dampers, adapters to connect two kits for a double door system, a simultaneous opener for double doors, and jamb kits for a professional finish.
  • Fire rated variants available upon request.
